Previous experience with Sell side M&A transactions within the healthcare space.

Coordination of transaction processes, including capital raises and advisory transactions.

Assist senior bankers in sourcing potential acquisition targets and draft LOIs with target companies.

Performing extensive valuation, due-diligence, and pricing analyses as well as financial modelling.

3+ years of client service experience within the private wealth management industry required

Due diligence and research of new and existing investment managers, alternative investments, and related financial partners, products, and services

Maintain relationships with various managers and key investment, financial advisory, and service support partners

Excellent client facing, interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills

Ability to adapt to constantly changing market conditions, reporting needs and requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high intensity work environment as well as manage multiple tasks effectively with frequent interruptions

Partner with Sales and Account Managers to craft and implement optimal payment flows that fully integrate with our broad client base.

Experience with payment processing and money movement across multiple payment rails.

2 - 4 years experience in payment operations or banking.

1 - 2 years experience collaborating with key stakeholders such as third-party vendors, banking/financial institutions, or internal partner teams.

Fantastic communication skills to operate globally across multiple departments and job sites.
