Senior Human Resources Business Partner
By Extend At , Remote $120,000 - $140,000 a year
Advises management on the interpretation and application of HR policies and practices.
Bachelor's degree required with a preference for an advanced degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or other related fields of study

Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Manages and tracks all employee disciplinary actions.

The Senior Human Resources Partner will also provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a variety of HR topics. Detailed Job Description The Senior Human Resources Partner is responsible for providing strategic and operational HR support to the organization. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that support the organization’s overall goals and objectives. The Senior Human Resources Partner will also provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a variety of HR topics. This includes, but is not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance. The Senior Human Resources Partner will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, training providers, and benefit providers. Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Professional Human Resources certification (PHR/SPHR) preferred
• Knowledge of HRIS systems
