Position: Business Analyst (Health care Domain)

5+ years of experience in operations management in a healthcare environment

Provides additional coordination, facilitation or other management support of key functional leaders as needed to support successful initiative completion

Experience with Medicaid and Medicare managed care

Management consulting, strategy or similar background

Manages multiple functions’ business readiness activities to support the implementation of new products, product expansions or large-scale initiatives

Guides Business Analyst(s) and operational leaders through the business requirement gathering process

Lead end-to-end project management for web experience initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines and budgets.

Strong experience in project management methodologies and tools, familiarity with Agile approach and Scrum methodology

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices, and the successful implementation of UX design principles throughout the experience build lifecycle.

High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of nine (9) years of treasury experience

Five (5) years of treasury experience in a private, public, government or military environment

International Treasury operations knowledge including In-House Banking models, cross functional settlements, and analysis of financial market transactions

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:Experience with Tableau and Requirements Management software.

Education Required: bachelor’s degree in Related Field Instead of a degree, equivalent education and/or experience may be considered.

Builds and maintains internal and external customer satisfaction with the services offered by the Health Services business Unit.

Knowledge of corrections or criminal justice practices and research.

Working knowledge of medical terminology and national medical coding standards.

Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, public health, health informatics or related field required. Master's degree preferred.

Prepares and communicates trend analysis and recommendations verbally and in writing to committees, clinical staff, management, and clients.

Develops and manages therapeutic class cost and utilization projection models to support budget forecasting, pricing, and strategy development.

Develops and manages reporting templates used to analyze and interpret data.

5+ years experience in Healthcare analytics of financial/clinical data

2+ years financial modeling experience required.
