Senior Grants And Contracts Manager Jobs in Washington

At least three (3+) years management experience

Reviews subaward packages and provides on-going guidance to country office staff on subaward management, including pre-award assessments, monitoring, and closeout.

A demonstrated track record of successfully working with civil society organizations in a role administering or supporting the management of grants.

Project Support: Prime Award and Subaward Management

Provides guidance to portfolio team, including in-country staff, regarding agreement and funder requirements throughout life of award.

Facilitates resolution of agreement-related issues and requirements with funder or sub-partner throughout life of award.

Ten (10) years’ experience in technical activities related to grant/contract/project management and oversight,

Undertakes studies, conducts data analyses, writes reports, and provides support for organizational, management and process improvement initiatives.

Serves in senior-level team roles and provides expert assistance to project managers.

May also serve as a project manager when a project aligns with his/her subject matter expertise.

At least 2 years’ experience in direct support to OFA or related human services programming

Provides subject matter expertise to projects.
