Help identify areas of need for Bond LSC Investigators and overall center research activities

Analyze, understand, and interpret complex policies and guidelines to make independent judgment decisions and initiating action.

Identify, edit, collect, track, and complete documents as needed to produce competitive proposals that meet both sponsor and university expectations.

Develop compliant budgets and budget narratives matching the scope of work.

Assemble proposal applications in sponsors' electronic portals

Review, edit, and format proposals to ensure proposals meets agency compliance guidelines.

Detail-oriented with strong project management skills

Manage the grant application process, which includes ensuring all submission requirements are complete and of high quality

A minimum of 2 years of experience in professional-level grant writing for a non-profit organization

Demonstrated knowledge of grant-seeking processes and a proven track record of securing grant funding

Enhance & maintain the existing grant funding portfolio

Conduct thorough research to identify potential foundation funding opportunities that align with the organization's mission, goals, and programs

Conduct outreach to Client Managers and clients on opportunities.

0-5 years of experience in similar position or field.

Excellent writing and research skills.

Ability to take ownership of, and responsibility for, work product and manage own time and workload.

Research funding opportunities and summarize details for clients.

Run meetings with internal and external clients and program contacts.

Minimum Qualifications & Transferable Skills

BA/S or equivalent experience in related field.

Demonstrated experience and understanding of generally accepted accounting principles, financial reporting, accounting systems, budget development and administration is required.

Effective verbal and written communication, analytical, organizational and prioritization skills as well as presentation skills are necessary.

Employment overseas and experience working for an NGO with high levels of USAID funding is strongly preferred.

Perform periodic compliance monitoring of specific procedures or areas related to country operations.
