Senior Ergonomists are responsible for designing and implementing ergonomic solutions to improve the safety, comfort, and efficiency of the workplace. They conduct ergonomic assessments of the workplace, identify ergonomic risks, and develop solutions to reduce or eliminate those risks. They also provide advice and guidance on ergonomic issues to employers, employees, and other stakeholders. Senior Ergonomists may also be responsible for developing and delivering ergonomic training programs, conducting research, and writing reports.
