Knowledge of radiation safety procedures, standards, and protocols.

Participates in the development and implementation of department safety work order tracking and reporting.

Conducts routine and follow-up safety and hazard inspections of Yokohama facilities.

Supporting Business Development due diligence. Assures the management and minimization of environmental liability associated with current and legacy environmental remediation liabilities

In-depth knowledge of international management system standards for EHS (e.g. OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 22301, ISO 31000, ISO 50001)

Change Management experience and ability to lead any change process. .

Business Continuity Program Management Office (PMO) Lead

Developing, updating and maintaining the Zoetis EHS policy and global EHS Management Systems/Standards

Ensuring a diverse, inclusive work environment where EHS colleagues value their work experience and their skills are developed and strengthened.

Analyze, interpret and review compliance requirements, consensus standards and best management practices to develop a global EHS Vermeer standard.

Collaborate with key team members at Vermeer locations to develop and implement global compliance requirements for the organization.

Minimum of 8 years of environmental, health, safety or equivalent experience.

Certification as a GSP, CSP, CIH, or CHMM.

Ensure all program elements remain applicable/relevant across all locations by monitoring regulatory changes that may impact the organization.

4-year college degree in environmental, health, safety, or related field.

Manages sustainability metrics for the site

Proven knowledge of safety equipment and standards

Proficiency in MS Office Suite; SAP system knowledge preferred

Proficient verbal and written communication skills

ISO, 5S, ABS root cause analysis, and site audit system knowledge preferred

Waste treatment license certification a plus
