Detailed Job Description:

The Senior Disability Management Consultant is responsible for providing advice and guidance to employers, employees, and other stakeholders on disability management and return-to-work programs. They work with employers to develop and implement strategies to reduce the impact of disability on the workplace, and to ensure that employees with disabilities are able to return to work in a safe and productive manner. The Senior Disability Management Consultant will also provide advice and guidance on the implementation of disability management policies and procedures, and will work with employers to ensure that their disability management programs are compliant with relevant legislation.
