At least 5-10 years talent acquisition management experience required; 3 years at Director or above level

Reports and manages weekly, quarterly, and regular recruiting, sourcing, retention and other key TA metrics and indicators

High volume fast paced recruiting experience required

Call Center recruiting experience a plus

Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training new TA staff

Oversees the daily workflow of talent acquisition nationwide

MUST HAVE 5 - 10 years talent acquisition management experience required.

Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.

MUST HAVE Nationwide recruiting experience

3-5 years or more of experience in technical recruiting, preferably with agency experience.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.

Strong reporting and candidate tracking skills

This is a 1 year contract position - Remote

Familiarity with in-house recruiting and understanding of the unique challenges it presents.

Proven track record of high-volume technical recruiting and meeting hiring targets.

10+ years of experience in recruiting with at least six years of experience in a people management role.

You build proactive prospect pipelines based on commonality of roles and skills by function and location, in partnership with business leaders.

You have experience with current trends that lead to building pipelines of relevant target candidates regardless of the role.

Must bring global experience in business/talent acquisition supporting engineering organizations.

Continuous improvement experience & familiarity with Lean/Agile/Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.

Strong analytical and data visualization skills to set and communicate strategy, key performance indicators (KPIs) and results.

Will have a high level of visibility within executive management and make an immediate impact

Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Must have experience using an ATS/CRM, and be extremely systems savvy

Salary is likely $120k-$140k on the base + bonus, benefits and PTO

Will help establish recruiting/hiring procedures, needs assessments, strategy, and working to create a unified recruitment approach across all operating units

Communicating with and coaching hiring managers

Creating and preparing offer letters and compensation packages

Full cycle recruiting for every level of position in a variety of departments

Sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews and making recommendations

Updating and maintaining company’s ATS

Keeping a finger on the pulse of market trends and job platforms

5+ years hospitality management experience OR 2+ years full-cycle recruiting experience

Manages overall full-cycle recruiting (pre-hire, advertising, screening resumes, selection, sourcing, compensation, interviewing, and onboarding)

Assess candidates’ qualifications via resume reviews and phone screenings

Build and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers in order to create a trusted professional partnership

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively and professionally on a team in a remote environment

Identify and use various unique sourcing techniques, skills, and experience to discover, identify and attract the best talent

Partner with Hiring Managers to develop and operationalize targeted recruitment strategies to fulfill hiring objectives

Develop strong relationships and be a true partner and advisor to hiring managers, business leaders and cross-functional partners

Establish ongoing relationships with Hiring Managers and HRBPs demonstrate business acumen and enhance elevated market strategies to meet demand for talent.
