Senior Director Quality Jobs in New Jersey

Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and project management experience in leading cross-functional projects

5 or more years of professional development and / or management consulting experience

Continue to drive targeted role-based R&D GxP training deliverables and program management (e.g., bundling opportunities, high-risk training and understanding)

Lead planning and implementation of prioritized learning programs / initiatives inclusive of budget definition and management

Supports design, development and oversight of new learning management systems or system functionality

Provides matrix management and leadership to project teams

Ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of the AS-9100(D)

Strong Product Quality experience and Project Development & Management expertise.

Thorough knowledge of ISO systems, LEAN, Six Sigma, quality systems requirements, compliance, and quality certifications

Monitor and report on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement

Management of Product returns data – Review, analyze, and provide corrective action management for product health and continuous improvement

Report to management on quality issues, trends, and losses
