Position Title: Director of Privacy Operations

• Assist with training and implementation for new prospects and current customers

Experience authoring or leading teams that author security policies

Experience with Policy / Governance

Experience in developing/maturing Governance processes and procedures

Experience measuring corporate cyber risk

Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, Looker or other data visualization tools

Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and GRC

They offering packages in excess of $450k OTE for the right person depending on experience.

Experience dealing at Fortune 1000 and Senior Federal client level

Experience within the Cyber Security space - Understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem

Demonstrable experience of hiring, retaining, leading and growing successful new business sales teams.

Managing a team of 7 AEs, each carrying a $1.2mil quota.

Two new reps on board who are still ramping so you would be carrying a FY23 target of $7mil.

5 years business, healthcare, legal, and/or privacy experience, including 2 years management/leadership experience required

Provides guidance on privacy matters to management, executives, and medical staff

Collaborates with colleagues in other departments to ensure all Joint Commission requirements are met

Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or legal field required

Master’s degree in business, healthcare, or legal field preferred

Juris Doctor Degree in business, healthcare, or legal field preferred

Five (5) or more years of Information Security/Cybersecurity management experience.

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with the IT organization, management and business personnel.

Experience with project management, audit, defense-in-depth security systems, incident response, vulnerability management, IT infrastructure, regulatory laws/framework.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Management or equivalent.

Graduate degree in Information Systems, Management or equivalent.

Provide leadership support of security audits, assessments, contractual requirement analyses, and forensic investigation activities.

Develop and maintain an incident response program including both high level management communications plans and detailed runbooks for common scenarios

Manage education and awareness programs

Experience with Monitoring Platforms: Ability to manage regular monitoring of platform and system activities, isolating problems and determining their cause.

Manage our Security Operation Center partner

Evaluate information security risks and trends, monitor evolving threats, risks, and vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with security policies

Review monthly vulnerability reports and manage remediation process
