Senior Director Corporate Controller Jobs in Pennsylvania

Provide project management, financial, business and technical accounting expertise to facilitate timely generation, synthesis and distribution of financial and management reports

Ensure and document that there is clear and complete documentation of management’s testing of internal controls

Liaise with the FP&A Leader as it relates to budgets, forecasts, business plans, and other related management reporting and analyses

Execute and lead all monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close requirements

Manage the accounts payable and treasury function

Assist deal teams on portco analysis

Knowledgeable of healthcare compliance requirements, particularly U.S. laws and regulations, OIG guidance, transparency requirements, and applicable industry codes.

Manage privacy policies and documentation, reporting into data controller, SVP

Assist with the design and manage the execution of compliance auditing and monitoring programs.

Maintain and manage employee, third-party vendor, and new hire compliance training.

Manage compliance budget and compliance consultant arrangements.

Manage global EH&S team to provide EH&S advice and support across business.

oManages preparation of year end schedules used by the company’s public accounting firm

·Manages the company’s accounts payable and accounts receivable departments

·Ensuring all accounting tasks follow financial regulations and reporting requirements to maintain company compliance

·Manages monthly bank reconciliations companywide

·Five to six years of public accounting or private industry experience
