Senior Development Graphic Designer Jobs in Maryland

Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an agency or other fast-paced environment.

Experience with the Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint – including creating themes and templates. 

Comprehensive knowledge of graphic design theories and techniques, typography, layout design, packaging, and state-of-the-art print production methods.

Exceptional organizational skills in delivering quality work, prioritizing, and meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic setting.

Exceptional layout, typography, color, and compositional skills.  

• A strong portfolio showing samples in higher education, non-profits, and financial sectors.

• Create engaging landing pages and websites that adhere to brand guidelines and user experience principles.

• Bachelor's Degree in Art/Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 7+ years experience.

• Design highly impactful emails catered to a variety of customer segments.

• Must handle change in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter/proactive, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve/troubleshoot.
