Overview A Senior Desktop Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to end users in a corporate environment. They are responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and providing technical assistance to users. They must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Detailed Job Description The Senior Desktop Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to end users in a corporate environment. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and providing technical assistance to users. The Senior Desktop Support Engineer will also be responsible for maintaining and updating the corporate network, ensuring that all systems are secure and up-to-date.
