Strong SQL skills; experience with Python, R or a similar programming language is a plus

Knowledge of affiliate networks and SaaS platforms (Impact, Commission Junction, ShareASale, Awin, Rakuten, Partnerize etc.)

Strong math and analytical skills

Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills

Experience in building, inspiring, developing and leading a high-performing team

6+ years of experience in some combination of strategy, operations, and/or project management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience creating compelling, persuasive presentation materials to communicate key takeaways/recommendations to senior leaders

Extensive experience interpreting quantitative analyses into implications and strategies that have driven business results. Experience with Tableau and SQL is preferred

Build trusted relationships and partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Data Science teams to bring ideas to life.

A proven track record testing and scaling a variety of programs simultaneously, while working cross-functionally

An ability to synthesize information, distill key takeaways, and craft insights into a compelling story for both customers and internal partners.

4+ yeas experience with Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

Minimum 4 years of experience in SQL Server development, including writing and optimizing complex queries and stored procedures.

Experience with data migration and ETL processes

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions for data retrieval, manipulation, and reporting.

Must have 3 years of experience working with Child Welfare systems.

Must have experience using Salesforce.

Must have 3 years of analyst experience.

Must have 2 years of experience validating and/or transforming data in complex business applications.

Must have 2 years of experience in data migration.

Must have 3 years of demonstrated SQL coding proficiency.

Associates degree, preferably in Business, Finance or a related field or equivalent related experience

2 - 4 years of experience in financial industry

Experienced professional with full understand of EASY or other recordkeeping software

Knowledge of defined contribution plans

Responsible for the successful setup of payroll integration and installation of standard/non-complex new transfer or start-up retirement plan sales

Act as the primary contact for Empower for all payroll related matters of assigned client groups.

Over 6 years’ experience working at an Accredited College/University or in Higher Education Market.

Analyze data requirements and recognize alternative solutions that may be more efficient or effective for client

Work with the project team and clients to improve data conversion process and streamline customer experience

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Over 3 years’ experience writing complex SQL scripts, specifically T-SQL programming using stored procedures
