Process and control owner for leaves and benefits programs

People Programs: Help design, incubate and launch targeted new people programs and initiatives to enhance our employees’ experience, growth, and impact.

Immigration: Primary point of contact and global program manager for all immigration matters.

Compliance: Working knowledge of US employment legislations and regulations (knowledge of Canadian and LATAM laws is a plus).
