Senior Consultant Hr Leadership Development Jobs in Illinois

4+ years of Management experience 

6+ years of experience in related roles: enablement, consulting, coaching, sales, program management, sales strategy, change management

Knowledge of adult learning, learning design, program development/management

Experience with change management and leading organizational transformation 

Coaching certification or accreditation and proven experience in driving a culture of coaching and practice (via references, testimonials, etc.)

Strong facilitation skills with the ability to take command of a room, experience leading senior leader enablement programs 

Experience implementing talent development, performance management, and engagement programs for a diverse employee base

Play a key role in ongoing evolution of our performance management strategy with specific attention paid to driving feedback

Collaborates with key stakeholders to drive customized onboarding and integration experiences to drive early tenure performance.

Begin conducting developmental 1 on 1’s with manager level employees

Analytical thinker and strategic problem-solver, who can design and deliver effective, impactful employee experiences and drive positive business outcomes

Exceptional interpersonal skills, including relationship development, credibility, empathy and trust building
