Experience: 5+ years directly managing Employee Training & Development and Performance Management systems;

Capable of researching available resources for new performance goals and skills development such as Certification Requirements, available external resources, etc.

Oversee training updates, systems upgrades, and creative and technical input on new training upon request of TMG Management/ Leadership;

Assist in research and development of User-friendly performance management documentation, processes, and self-assessment tools that enhance and streamline TMG Performance Reviews;

Has a general understanding of Construction Management including the terminology used;
