This includes troubleshooting, maintenance, and monitoring of cloud-based systems, as well as providing technical guidance and support to customers. Detailed Job Description A Senior Cloud Production Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support for cloud-based production systems. This includes troubleshooting, maintenance, and monitoring of cloud-based systems, as well as providing technical guidance and support to customers. The Senior Cloud Production Support Engineer will also be responsible for developing and implementing best practices for cloud-based production systems, and ensuring that all systems are running optimally. Job Skills Required
• Expertise in cloud-based technologies, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and other cloud-based technologies
• Knowledge of scripting languages, such as Python, Ruby, and Bash
• Knowledge of system administration, including Linux and Windows
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Qualifications
