Senior Clinical Biomarker Leader Jobs

Identify and resolve quality issues and report issues to upper management

Good computational skills, preferably experienced with Word, Excel, Power Point, GraphPad Prism

Conduct assay development, qualification/validation and sample analysis on a variety of platforms (ELISA, MSD, Ella, Automated ELISA Workstation etc.)

Assume assigned general laboratory responsibilities, e.g., safety coordinator, instrument/process/technology owner etc.

Bachelor or MSc in bioanalysis or related field with immunoassay experience preferably in a regulated environment

Good written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong programming skills in R and Python. Demonstrated knowledge of data visualization, exploratory analysis and predictive modeling.

Experience in the application of bioinformatics methods and evidence to drug development

Contribute to departmental initiatives (e.g., infrastructure/ process-related or scientific activities)

Good understanding of clinical study design principles and familiarity working with clinical data in a clinical trial setting is a must

Ability to develop and deliver clear and concise presentations for both internal and external meetings in key decision-making situations.

3 plus years of project management experience, companion diagnostic project management experience is preferred.

Lead or support the establishment and management of department governance process

Strong understanding of the global drug development and/or translational development processes with ability to lead or support program management processes.

Strong organizational, analytical, planning, and decision-making skills

Ability to effectively manage conflicts and negotiations, and influence outcomes without direct authority

Contribute strategic operational insights to operational excellence in the execution of biomarker, translational science, and companion diagnostic plans

2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)

3) Recent experience in the biotechnology industry is strongly preferred

4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in clinical biomarker
