Senior Client Advisor And Business Consultant Jobs

Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in business process development, re-engineering, or management.

Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or Engineering.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)

Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical data

Ability to read and interpret acquisition policy, regulations, and directives

Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance or economics or similar work experience.

Offer advice to clients on basic administration and more complex strategies to manage their ESOP.

Fundamental understanding of accounting and corporate finance as well as non-public company valuation methods and processes.

Prior experience with ESOPs preferred.

7-10 years in a similar role focused on company valuation, financial analysis, fiduciary services or any combination.

Ability to commute to the office in Portland on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week.

Research and become aware of business, world, and societal changes that impact our employee’s experiences

Demonstrable track record to lead cross-functional projects, as validated by previous experience coordinating targets and results with multiple partners

Executive communication experience articulating key outcomes through storytelling and data visualization

Sophisticated skills in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Outlook and SharePoint

Advise senior leaders on how to visualize and interpret DE&I data and develop recommendations for actions

Articulate our team’s vision and progress with strong presentations and impactful data visualization

Increases FT assets under management (AUM) by attracting new assets and retaining existing assets.

Advises clients on how FT’s investment capabilities can grow their business and meet their needs.

Manages expenses against travel and entertainment annual territory budget.

Maximizes FT resources to build brand awareness, showcase FT’s capabilities, and achieve sales targets.

Applies expert knowledge of FT investment philosophies, processes, strategies, and products to increase market share within territory.

Tailors best practice ideas, education, and consultation on appropriate solutions to strengthen and expand client relationships.

An MBA with at least 5 years of demonstrated experience working with business executive clients is required.
