Senior Business Process Manager Jobs in New York

Strong knowledge of business process management methodologies, frameworks, and tools.

Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in business process management and technology, providing recommendations for innovation and optimization.

Proficiency in project management principles and practices, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements, ensuring effective solutions are implemented.

Experience working with supplier contracts/ contracting processes At least 5 years of Process Management experience

2 years of experience building and documenting controls Strong problem-solving and influencing skills

Duration: 2+ Month’s extension possibly

Location: Maclean, VA 22101 or New York 10011 (Hybrid- 2-3 days a week)

· Certifications in Project Management, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma or TQM experience

· Senior Project Management experience

· Customer Experience design and management

· Strong time management, governance, organizational, facilitation and communication skills.

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology/Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field

· Experience in the Telecommunications Industry
