Senior Building Envelope Consultant Jobs

Working knowledge of engineering design and analysis, including experience as a structural engineer or architectural engineer.

Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering and construction administration.

Strong Knowledge of the residential (IRC), commercial (IBC), and existing (IEBC) I-codes.

Working skills in Microsoft 365 suite, RESA, and construction industry inspection software.

Developing scopes for remediation and/or design documents for the repair of existing structures.

Reviewing information to investigate the standards or care pertaining to various participants involved in the design and construction of building projects.

· Collaborate with our client roofing product teams, Marketing, Product Management, Warranty Services, Operations and other groups

· Effectively manage territory by prioritizing meetings and target opportunities

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience

· Experience in strictly new business development structure is desired

Presenting compelling value proposition of the products and brand

High School diploma or general education degree (GED)

3+ years of Adjuster experience with folding envelope equipment.

Ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills.

Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance.

Ability to comprehend and follow instructions.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.

Communicate effectively and establish relationships with clients and job-related management teams

Excellent PC computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word or suitable document writing programs

Advise Project manager on status, scheduling, effort of work and estimates for completion

Engineer in Training (EIT) certification preferred

Knowledge of broad architectural design theories/concepts and specific structural theories/concepts related to exterior wall construction

Minimum 10 hour OSHA certification preferred
