Senior Brand And Creative Strategist Jobs

Works alongside client management team as client POC for all things creative strategy

Manages requests and output with the production team using Asana

Manages interns, PT, or FT team members, if desired

Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, and/or similar performance data tools (TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc)

Technically skilled at pulling and using creative performance data to analyze trends, insights, and inform creative roadmaps

Fully flex work environment: full-remote, in-office, or hybrid sup

Passion for and working knowledge of B2B software (from enterprise software as a service products to developer tools and open-source projects)

Proven skills to influence creative strategy and visual identity systems

Demonstrated experience and success in working in multi-faceted, cross-functional teams

Exceptionally strong communication (verbal, written) and organizational skills

Culture of continuous improvement, testing, and deployment of new capabilities

Experience directing agencies and vendors to deliver results

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Demonstrated experience in developing and selecting creative solutions, including product development, brand naming/architecture, and/or copy development.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts effectively to clients and internal teams.

Familiarity with consumer research platforms and methodologies, with experience in leveraging research insights to inform brand strategies.

Previous experience in the branding or advertising industry is highly desirable.
