Senior Billing Rate Specialist Jobs in Utah

Strong problem solving skills and an ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.

Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.

Knowledge of legal billing and/or rates analysis at a law firm or professional services organization.

Excellent organization and confident and clear communications skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

Assisting attorneys with rate specific projects and rate inquiries.

Experienced. You have five (5) or more years of law firm billing experience.

Tech Savvy. You are well versed in MS Office and working across spreadsheets. Prior experience with Elite preferred.

Compile, edit and upload invoices accurately, staying attuned to deadlines.

Prepare pre-bills, revise bills, troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Effectively monitor proformas by addressing possible unresolved items on client accounts.

Provide top-tier customer service to inbound requests, questions and inquiries from internal contacts as well as external clients.
