Overview A Senior Attorney is a highly experienced lawyer who provides legal advice and assistance to clients. They are responsible for researching and interpreting laws, regulations, and legal documents, as well as representing clients in court proceedings. Senior Attorneys are expected to have a thorough knowledge of the law and be able to provide sound legal advice. Detailed Job Description A Senior Attorney is responsible for providing legal advice and assistance to clients. They are expected to research and interpret laws, regulations, and legal documents, as well as represent clients in court proceedings. Senior Attorneys are also responsible for preparing legal documents, such as contracts, wills, and other documents. They must be able to provide sound legal advice and be able to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner. Senior Attorneys must also be able to effectively communicate with clients and other legal professionals. Job Skills Required• Thorough knowledge of the law

Job Qualifications
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in the state where practicing
• 5+ years of experience practicing law
• Knowledge of relevant state and federal laws
• Knowledge of court procedures and rules of evidence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
