Track record of organizing and prioritizing work successfully using project management and change management skills.

Continuously develop knowledge and skills to uphold and articulate the organizational strategy and principles of our company.

Validated record of achievement in a prior sales management position is required.

Excellent communication, selling and relationship skills with internal and external customers at all levels.

Knowledgeable of continuous improvement processes.

Coatings industry, product, and application knowledge (preferred) or a demonstrated ability to quickly ramp and master similarly complex topics.
