Senior Assistant Banquet Setup Manager Jobs in Texas

Previous experience as a Assistant F&B Manager or Banquet Supervisor is preferred

Full-Time Management Position that requires full flexibility, including the ability to work weekends, holidays and, a varied schedule

A minimum of 1-2 years of hotel experience and a thorough understanding of all levels of banquet service

Strong and concise verbal and written communication skills

Must possess excellent organization, interpersonal and administrative skills

Previous retail management experience a plus

Assist Store Manager in education and development of Assistant Store Manager, Key Holders and Sales Associates.

Complete understanding and ability to handle all operational functions of the store including Inventory Management, Staffing, Merchandising and Sales Initiatives.

Strong knowledge of sales performance including KPI's, Category Sales and Gross Sales

Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product

Proven experience in a retail/customer service environment

Proficient in software associated with event paperwork, employee management and office work associated with operations.

Extensive knowledge of dining, retail, and/or catering service operations.

Knowledge of cost and quality control techniques.

Demonstrates good leadership skills and judgment.

Skill in training, supervising, and evaluating the work of subordinates.

Knowledge of safety and security precautions appropriate to work performed.
