Close partnership with product managers and software engineers to deploy solutions into production in various business-critical scenarios.

Hands-on experience with distributed training of large language models.

Strong development experience of deep learning modeling in Python.

Industrial experience in system design, software development, and production deployment

Excel in transforming ambiguous requirements into actionable plans with deep learning techniques for problem-solving.

Excellent verbal and written skills and attention to detail are required as well as time management and prioritization skills.

MUST have experience with vendor management/coordination and/or procurement process

Highly analytical, with strong data management skills

Effective stakeholder and relationship management experience; able to interact and build trusted relationships with all levels of employees

Experience in at least one project management tool (e.g., MS Planner, MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday)

MUST have proficiency with at least one project management tool or document management tools (e.g., MS Project, MS Planner, Asana, Smartsheet)

A minimum of 2 years post-PhD experience with oncology research is required.

Experience on bioinformatics is preferred.

Outstanding communication, organizational and leadership skills, with a successful track record of publication and collaboration with cross-functional scientific teams are required.

Experience with multi-omics (bulk/single-cell transcriptomics, proteomics, epigenomics) integration, especially network analysis are preferred.

Experience with predictive modelling for toxicity of oncology drug targets are preferred.

Experience with drug discovery and development practices and project support in a large pharmaceutical setting is preferred.
