Understanding of testing requirements and concepts

2-4 years of work experience using either GC/MS, or GC-MSMS, with Mass Hunter software or equivalent.

Undertake all necessary training to maintain the knowledge and expertise required to meet the changing demands of the position and business

Prioritize and prepare all customer samples for analytical testing according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Experience in Data Management and Data Analytics

Performs formulation and testing activities to meet established project objectives. Effective project management via use of the Product Development Process

5+ years of experience in formulations of industrial chemicals

Experience interfacing with internal and external customers

Participates in technical and/or project reviews and presents findings as appropriate for internal and external audiences

Build relationships and be the primary technical resource for formulation questions for supported OEMs

Demonstrates a sustained high level of technical skill and achievement;

Keeps abreast of new science and technological development and exploits them to continuously improve functional area capabilities;

Experience applying proteomics, metabolomics, and/or lipidomics for target discovery/verification or mode of action determination;

Experience applying Python, R and/or multivariate analysis for data processing.

Researches, designs and conducts experiments such as proteomics, lipidomics and metabolomics to advance early and late phase R&D projects;

Operates, maintains, and troubleshoots a wide variety of LC-MS and GC-MS instruments, maintaining detailed record keeping and required documentation;

Strong knowledge of the major analytical techniques: HPLC/UPLC, GC, dissolution, etc. FT-IR, FDA/ICH regulations.

Solid knowledge of FDA/ICH regulations.

Conduct analytical USP method verifications, validations, and method transfer activities for raw materials and finished dosage forms.

Complete documentation needed to support testing procedures including test forms and logbooks.

Participate in out-of-specification and failure investigations. Support all aspects of laboratory investigations.

Prepare, review and approve analytical data, technical reports and analytical methods.
