Previous experience in certification of Class I Flight Hardware Delivery.

Experience across the product life cycle.

Familiarity and experience with prototyping and design, experiment design, and test methods.

Experience working collaboratively in small teams on fast-paced projects.

History of developing solutions with partially defined requirements and changing criteria.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsible for managing time-line requirements and maintaining schedule to support production

6 years of package design experience in consumer packaged products. Toy Packaging Design a plus.

Experience working with style guides and mock ups

Working knowledge of printing processes (4 color, spot colors, mechanical preparation, paper stock, and file formats)

At least 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Ability to stay current with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.

Experience in the consumer goods industry is strongly preferred.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

• 4+ years in full life cycle DTC inventory planning environment with Manager level experience

• Manage inventory levels in the distribution center to ensure timely distributions.

• Lead and manage planning team – provide training and career development.

• Experience building strong teams while developing and transforming talent

• Microsoft office suite proficiency and strong knowledge of Planning Systems (Foresight/ Micro strategy)

• Provide high-level analysis and business reports to leadership

Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.

Experience with research, monitoring, and evaluation approaches, preferably in the field of nutrition.
