Security Risk Assessment Coordinator Jobs

Maintains and organizes all PAI documentation in the IRF-PAI Manual.

Initiates the PAI form within 24 hours of the patients admission.

Printed copy of the PAI is signed and placed into the patients medical record at discharge.

Prepares reports using the data collected, to enhance IRU program evaluation and P.I., as assigned and appropriate.

Effectively communicates with interdisciplinary team members when collecting clinical data and discussing cases for PAI preparation.

Demonstrates flexibility in relationships with staff and physicians; maintains good rapport.

Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound inquiries and document all interactions.

3+ years' experience in customer service

Experience with conflict resolution, defusing, and de-escalating upset callers

Obtain and prepare documentation to set up the clinical assessor.

Perform telephonic outreach, and potentially outreach through other channels, to eligible members receiving home and community-based services.

Answer calls from and make calls to members, direct support professionals, caregivers, and family members to schedule assessments.

Principles, techniques and trends in counseling, psychotherapy, clinical case management, and various treatment modalities

Essential Duties And Responsibilities - (illustrative Only)

Responsible for assisting members in identifying, expressing, asserting and communicating their goals and needs while living in the community

Responsible for facilitating the development of the Individual Client Plan in collaboration with the member and the treatment team

Completes all required paperwork to include annual member paperwork as assigned in a timely manner

Provides “on-the-spot” counseling that is both helpful to the clients and consistent with the philosophy of the program

Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business, Management, or other relevant areas

Strong management, organizational and evaluative process skills. Ability to analyze complex organizational and technical issues to improve performance and efficiency

Interacting with, and presenting to, all levels of management, cross-functional partners, and regulators

4-6 years experience conducting BSA/AML and Sanctions risk assessments

Effective negotiation and influencing skills, including strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives to conclusion

Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business, Management, or other relevant areas

Strong written and oral communication skills information security certifications (GIAC, ISC2, ISACA), CISSP, CRISC, CISM, AWS certifications a plus

Minimum 3 years in cyber risk management or cyber internal audit or NIST 800.53 or Application security architecture

Work with development teams to provide appropriate and effective remediation guidance for vulnerabilities discovered during various assessments

Minimum of 5 years of information technology industry experience and at least 3 years in cybersecurity

Minimum of 2 years of experience working on security architecture and design

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and solid understanding of multi-tiered and cloud architecture

2+ years of case management or assessment experience

Experience working with public assistance recipients, the previously incarcerated, and the economically disadvantaged

Qualifications For An Assessment Coordinator

High school diploma or equivalent

Licenses, Registrations, Certifications, or Special Requirements:

TCIC/NCIC Certification must be obtained within six (6) months of employment.

Supervises and monitors key control.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Methods, procedures and techniques used in operating jailhouse security systems.

Modern office/clerical and administrative practices, procedures and methods related to operating jailhouse security systems.

Providing policy direction and guidance to DHS management and staff;

A Bachelor's Degree in criminal justice or safety management or a related human services field;

Budget and contract management; and

Experience with Conservators of Peace;

Experience overseeing a security program;

Working with vulnerable populations, such as people with developmental disabilities, metal health challenges or substance use disorder;

Strong experience in enterprise risk management, risk assessment, GRCL tools, compliance, operational risk management, or a combination of experience.

Strong project management skill, consistently completing projects on-time with great attention to detail. Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.

Support/Manage internal audits & exams of the Program across different geographic locations.

Bachelor’s degree and knowledge of the financial services compliance or regulatory environment is preferred.

Establish and maintain guidelines, procedures, and common tracking and reporting tools.

Facilitate training & overview sessions of the Program when required.
