Detailed Job Description Security personnel are responsible for protecting people, property, and assets from harm. They may be employed by a security company, or they may be employed directly by an organization. Security personnel may be assigned to a specific location or may patrol an area. They may also be responsible for monitoring security cameras and responding to alarms. Security personnel must be able to identify potential threats and take appropriate action to prevent or mitigate them. Security personnel must be able to communicate effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds. They must be able to remain calm in stressful situations and make quick decisions. Security personnel must also be able to follow instructions and adhere to policies and procedures. Job Skills Required
