Medical Assistant Certification or Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.

A reasonable salary expectation is between $45,884.80 and $55,993.60, based upon experience and internal equity.

High school diploma or GED required.

Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred.

Accountable for the workforce management related to receiving, handling, storage, product rotation, picking, and shipping.

Responsible for the administration, updating, and continuous training of the Quality Management System for all relevant warehouse operations and personnel.

Requires a four year college degree or the equivalent of 5 years Warehouse Manager experience minimum.

Forklift experience/certification is a plus.

Responsible for the inventory of all materials and products in the plant and manage the Physical Inventory process.

Manage the customer backorder and late shipment reports to eliminate delays in shipping and delivery of products to the customer.

At least 2 years of experience in a professional office environment

Patient Care Technician or Administrative Assistant experience in dialysis preferred

Safely operate equipment: forklifts, scissor and boom lifts, hand tools, and energy management equipment to perform system support tasks as required

Working Knowledge of a work order system

At least 3+ years of experience with conveyors, electrical systems, & building maintenance

Advanced knowledge of operation and repair of material handling equipment.

Advanced knowledge of power tools, pneumatic, or hydraulic tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) + minimum of 2 years of professional and/or related experience or

Minimum of 4 years of professional and/or related experience or

Strong interpersonal communication, influencing, critical thinking and problem solving skills required .

Strong technical product knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, protocols and solutions preferred

Troubleshoot and provide other technical assistance ; handle customer requests, effectively lead hospital billing, build/close purchase orders

Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty

Strong organizational and time management skills

Show new hires how to access online orientation remotely or on-site

Solid verbal and people skills, as well as strong decision-making skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

Valid driver’s license with DOT Non-CDL Certification and Medical Card. Clean driving record and insurable

Previous DOT Commercial Vehicle experience preferred.

Knowledge and adherence to federal motor carrier safety regulations / DOT guidelines.

Good communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to follow instructions.

Deliver automotive products from our Distribution Center to Service Centers and Body Shops.

Perform Instruction, Certification, and Safety audit on shift.

Collaborate with EH&S to maintain Tesla Safety standards while improving standards for requirements specific to Distribution needs.

In-depth understanding of quality & safety requirements with suggestions to prevent future occurrence of known issues.

Experience in high-volume training or coordination/administrative roles in a fast-paced environment and leadership role.

Experience with promoting EH&S, Safety, and 5S programs.

Strong presentation skills with the ability to facilitate training classes.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Serve as a liaison between arriving guests and warehouse staff; greeting, screening and confirming appointments when applicable

Monitor building/fire alarms to ensure proper response and/or dispatching

Answer incoming calls to the building and transfer calls to appropriate extensions
