Lead and manage the 24x7x365 multi-location Security Operations Center providing technical and management oversight.
Perform threat management, threat modeling, identify threat vectors and develop use cases for security monitoring.
Responsible for team management, scheduling, overall use of resources and initiation of corrective action where required.
Directly manage SOC Team Leads to proactively identify, prevent and respond to security incidents.
Partner with HR to establish training plans to increase skills, and achieve continued career progression.

Security Officer Operations Center job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Monitor security systems and respond to alarms and other security incidents
• Conduct security assessments and investigations
• Provide security services to clients
• Maintain security logs and records
• Prepare reports on security incidents and investigations
• Respond to emergency situations
• Provide security training and education
• Monitor and enforce security policies and procedures
• Conduct patrols of premises
• Investigate suspicious activities
• Provide customer service

Qualifications
