Security Officer Field Supervisor Jobs in Texas

Proficient in basic computer skills and ability to learn labor management software and security incident management software.

Assumes responsibility of the Security Facility Supervisor/Security Program Manager in their absence when directed to do so.

Assists the Security Facility Supervisor/Security Program Manager with administrative tasks as needed.

Maintains a thorough knowledge of the facility and, where applicable, of multiple facilities.

Performs other duties at the direction of or in the absence of the Security Facility. Supervisor/Security Program Manager.

1 year of security experience. Some college education desirable.

Work with Operations Managers to coach, counsel, discipline, train and manage relationships with Security Officers.

Field Supervisors will work closely with Operations Managers on a day-to-day basis.

Respond to client or site emergencies as they arise, including ensuring appropriate communication to Operations Managers.

Field Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of all posts within their regional area of responsibility.

At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
