Security or law enforcement experience desired

Basic level of IAHSS certification required within 6 months of hire

Obtain CPI certification within one year of hire date (full time employees)

Perform hospital rounds and present medical problems and treatments of patients as a method of inpatient care and medical education

Provide patient education and counseling covering health status, test results, disease processes, and discharge planning

Arrange for discharge and aftercare

Compose or dictate admission, progress and procedure notes and discharge summaries

Conduct initial and ongoing assessment of patient's medical, physical, and psychosocial status

Develop patient assessment and treatment plans

Maintain security of grounds and/or buildings. Enforce parking regulations and issue citations. Enforce rules and regulations, with supervision.

De-escalate conflicts between individuals and groups.

Preserve and protect crime scenes. Testify in court.

Complete radio and telephone communications.

Assist stranded motorist. Collect and route lost and found property. Investigate unusual odors and sounds.

Follow and report suspicious vehicles/persons from a safe distance and relay information to other officers.

Provide lead role in Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Operations.

Patrol the campus both on foot and in security vehicle, directing traffic, enforcing speed limits and vehicle registrations.

Responds to calls and takes appropriate action to assist in emergency situations.

Searches for and apprehends missing or unauthorized individuals.

Prepares and maintains records such as incident reports, vehicle citations, logs of visitors and others, and personal property reports.

Identify vulnerabilities through test, system design review or code analysis.

Have strong communication skills (Written/Verbal)

Explain how a vulnerability exploitation works and root cause.

Recommend secure solutions and mitigations, tailored to each environment.

Must be able to work through a project from Mobilization to Testing/Validation phases.

College degree or 5 years' experience in related field

Knowledge of administrative or clerical procedures

Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, gates, etc.

Answer alarms on property and investigate disturbances

Operate metal detection equipment to screen individuals to protect against pilferage and prevent passage of prohibited items into restricted areas

Conduct internal investigations on incidents on company property
