Relevant overseas experience, preferably in the Middle East with knowledge of local culture and customs.

Requires at least three (3) years’ experience ensuring facilities are maintained in a program of similar scope and nature.

Requires at least three (3) years' experience in escorting / monitoring uncleared personnel.

Ability to communicate verbally with others.

Ability to maintain working relationships with co-workers

Ability to organize and complete tasks.

Ability to read and follow simple written instructions.

Transports inpatients and outpatients safely between hospital departments, using stretcher, wheelchair, bed, and stroke chair as appropriate.

Utilizes patient safety criteria and correct patient handoff processes.

Additional duties, to include data entry, may be assigned based on the needs of the Facilities Section.

Security Escort job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Follow all company personnel, safety policies, and perform all assigned duties in a safe work manner.

Interact professionally with the customer, employees, VIPs, and the general public.

Minimum High School Diploma or GED.

Education Required: High School completion / GED

Licensure/Certification/Registration: CPR Certification required within 30 days of hire

Experience Required: No prior job-related work experience

Preferred experience: One year experience in medical/patient care environment

Shift: 2p-1030p Varied Days E/O WE with Holiday Rotation

Provides physical assistance to staff in transfer (lifting) of patients as needed.

Ability to meet and sustain all pre-deployment and deployment medical and dental screening requirements (CENTCOM MOD 17).

Primary function is to escort un-cleared contractors requiring access to the Headquarters' Commandant's Facilities Office.

Receives requests for escort resources, schedules personnel to provide escort support, and communicates conflicts and deficiencies to the Microsoft Program Manager

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Develops and maintains PowerBI or other dashboard providing a visual representation of current and future escort resource utilization

Provides logistical and operational support to Microsoft datacenters as needed

Serves as the primary point of contact for escorting work conducted within the assigned site

Minimum 18 years of age

Drives vehicle that warns other motorists of oversized loads.

Helps to load heavy equipment onto trailer and ensures that the equipment is secure

Performs safety inspections before each trip.

Communicates with the OTR driver about changes in the route and speed, traffic congestion, and road hazards.

Ensures that the Company vehicle is clean on the inside and outside.

Must maintain a valid driver license and acceptable driving record.

Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Certification(s)

Must possess and demonstrate excellent time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to become familiar with corporate specific programs and software.

Provide excellent customer service to all persons at the site.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Enforce and monitor any, and all, policy changes.

Requires use of electronic mail, time and attendance software, learning management software and intranet.

Provide daily security escort services to escort uncleared contractors and visitors.

Able to receive Top Secret Clearance with access to SCI with Polygraph (TS/SCI Polygraph) (provided by CenCore)

Be 18 years or older

Be able to walk, stand, or traverse distance for an entire shift

Qualified - applicants possessing experience and/or education that meets the minimum qualifications of the position including all selective factors.

IN DESCRIBING YOUR EXPERIENCE, PLEASE BE CLEAR AND SPECIFIC

The Escort Clerk will meet and escort DTRA site visitors to the cafe area as needed.

One year of general work experience, dealing with the public.

May assist visitors with contacting their Government points of contact.

As needed, may be asked to provide directions to visitors.

Will communicate clearly orally with visitors as required .

Will assist in keeping the cafe area presentable and welcoming.

Demonstrated experience performing security escort and visitor control duties.

Minimum of one year of related work experience.

This position will escort all non-cleared visitors, vendors, janitorial and maintenance crews, and/or contractors without access credentials.

Collaborate with facility maintenance, construction and/or repair personnel as needed.

Provide VIP escort and monitoring services during command functions.

Provide assistance during CUI shred events.
