Greets, receive and acknowledge members and guests in various dining outlets.

Efficiently serves food and drinks in a friendly and courteous manner, offers suggestions on daily specials and wine selections.

Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned by manager.

Attends pre-meal meetings as requested by the F&B Service Manager, F&B Director & Clubhouse Manager.

Knowledge of and ability to perform required role during emergency situations.

Knowledge of Club menus in all dining outlets.

No experience is necessary, although previous food service experience is preferred. We will train you.

Basic computer skills are needed for POS system and payroll system.

Accept food order, communicate to kitchen and deliver food and beverage to residents and/or guests in a timely manner.

Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.

Actively buss and reset tables as well as complete assigned side work.

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.

Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

Strong desire to learn about our offerings, ingredients, process, and philosophies

Prefer minimum one year experience in a similar role

Must have an excellent attitude, organizational skills, team work, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Greet & serve customers seated in assigned section in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service

Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
