Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels.
Work with event venue to plan sit down dinner for 300+ guests
Partner with venue staff to oversee food, lighting, and all event arrangements
Identify potential on-site vendor activations and help negotiate contracts. (ie: DJ, photo booth, floral arrangements, thank you gifts etc.)
Work with creative team to design event invitation & maintain guest list including all attendee correspondence
Responsible for event run of show, event presentations & video content
