Manage an efficient and high-quality team, ensuring they are trained, effective, and adhere to all Vacasa policies and procedures

4 years or more of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience (typically with Hyatt).

Responsible for short and long-term planning and the management of the hotel’s Housekeeping operations

Develop and recommend the budget, labor cost plans, and objectives and manages within those approved plans

Experience purchasing linens and housekeeping supplies

Experience teaching, supervising, and mentoring multilingual and multicultural staff

Experience with turndown service, special needs of VIP Guests, foreign dignitaries, etc. helpful

Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

One year of experience in the hospitality field performing housekeeping duties. Preferred.

Basic working knowledge of Microsoft applications.

Cleans assigned units in a timely manner.

Performs housekeeping and maintenance inspections as required.

Communicates completion of assigned tasks, and other findings to their supervisor.

Maintain hot tubs as needed; no experience necessary - we offer on-site training
