Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree preferred, in a related field or at least 5 years comparable related experience;

Minimum 3 years progressive NGO work experience;

Knowledge of donor compliance for US and European donors

Excellent written and oral communication skills including great attention to detail;

Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System), SQL, or other large database management tools required;

Strong organizational and time management skills are required, with emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment;

Data usage and storage management.

Provide support for the project management team on specific projects and interact cross-functionally across NYGC teams;

Assist more senior team members with the day-to-day management of production projects, internal and external to NYGC;

Represent the project management team at various internal operations meetings (i.e. Quality Management);

Minimum 3 years of related program management and data analysis experience including data management and report writing.

Excellent writing abilities – flair for simple and clear writing, great grammar, and well-honed editorial skills.

THIS ROLE IS ELIGIBLE TO BE FULLY REMOTE***

Strong presentation skills – comfortable leading meetings, providing presentation training and prep to participants.

Strong graphic and information design skills.

This position can be based at IRC’s headquarters in New York, or remotely within the United States.

Maintain current knowledge of issues impacting the program.

Develop relevant standard operating procedures as related to responsibilities under this role.

At least three years of experience in program oversight or monitoring.

Experience in domestic resettlement/ the US Refugee Admissions Program required.

Direct experience with community sponsorship is a strong asset.

Experience creating monitoring and oversight tools.

2+ years of project management experience in a scientific setting and knowledge of best practices and tools required;

Strong organizational and time management skills with emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment;

Working closely with the Project Management (PM) department to coordinate project submissions and data deliveries by:

CSNCG Program Management in collaboration with the Scientific Collaboration Manager

Day-to-day management of CSNCG sequencing projects

○ Data usage and storage management.

Equip talent in underinvested communities with the skills and credentials to compete successfully for quality income and wealth opportunities.

Invest in businesses, housing and other community infrastructure to catalyze economic, health, safety and educational mobility for individuals and communities.

Project manage LISC’s exploration of new sites/business models; in 2023-24, focus on assessments or business planning for Miami, Puerto Rico

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or minimum of 3 years of experience serving in a similar role

Excellent written and oral communication skills and organizational skills

Excellent technical skills including competency in full Microsoft Office suite, and ability to quickly learn new applications

Strong project and budget management skills

Serve as manager, mentor and coach to Program Assistant. PAs are shared by two to three Program Officers

Manage and refine the applications platforms used to track all JustFilms grantmaking data and grantee deliverables

Build and manage multi-year granting budgets

Knowledge of emerging digital and multi-platform storytelling practices globally

Experience in all phases of documentary content product (pre-production, production and post production)

Co-manage and provide support and development to a Program Assistant

Exceptional communications skills - strong active listening skills, constructive verbal and written skills, strong public presentation skills

Superb analytical skills and ability to strategize, plan, prioritize and identify/assess opportunities, challenges and institutions with which to engage

Experience working with international policy making institutions related to internet governance, data economy, digital policies.

Master’s degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent experience

Experience with or in international regulatory bodies is a plus.

Knowledge of racial justice advocacy across multiple identity constituencies

A master’s degree in relevant field of study or BA and equivalent experience
