Experience with Elderly/Children with Disabilities

Duties and Responsibilities varies on the case-by-case basis

Provides requirements-related information (Annual PPD, In-services, etc.) in a timely fashion; follows all other compliance standards at all times

Current First Aid and CPR certification

Be responsible for basic care services such as bathing, grooming and feeding, light house keeping, and grocery shopping.

Ability to coordinate schedules with multiple clients

Knowledge and/or management of clinical services in clinical trials is a plus.

5 years Sourcing/Category management experience or similar role preferred.

Strong project management and leadership skills.

Develop and implement sourcing and category management strategies for assigned categories.

Work with Vendor Management to promote the use of Preferred Providers throughout the organization.

Support cross functional Vendor Management team members as needed.

Nursing and health care administration skills

Provide health care services in patients residences

Perform domestic and household tasks

Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital

Assist with clients personal care activities

· CPR certification (may be completed upon offer of employment)

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· TB Skin test (may be completed upon offer of employment)

Provide general attention to the non-medical needs of clients following an established Plan of Care

Reading, writing, and carrying out directions

Provide light housekeeping duties such as laundry and linen service, to include washing, ironing, and folding clothes

**Research Skills:** Strong research skills, enabling you to gather accurate and comprehensive information that enhances the travel experience.
