Scheduling Secretary Jobs in Georgia

Coordinate and schedule local and remote technician appointments for builder accounts.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

Handle communication between technicians and builder clients regarding appointments and schedules

Create floor plans for low voltage installation

Audit floor plan work orders with purchase orders to ensure all installed items are being invoiced

(Other duties, incidental or regular, may be assigned at management’s discretion)

Manage changes to the schedule as needed and communicate with all involved

Manage lead times of all orders with the goal of minimizing amount of time jobs sit in the warehouse

Experience using computer programs including Excel and Microsoft Word

Experience working in a fast-paced team environment and handle multiple priorities

Maintain Master Installation schedule for multiple markets
