Sap Data Specialist Jobs

Responsible for SAP Concur, including system deployment, ongoing system maintenance and management of the day-to-day operations

Strong knowledge and understanding of SAP Concur system for travel & expense including system maintenance and issue resolution

Experience with training end users

Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply chain, or a technical degree is highly preferred

Work Experience: 1-3+ years of experience with SAP Concur or equivalent

Serve as the main point of contact for Concur-related questions or issues

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data quality requirements and ensure they are met

Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP data quality

Experience in data analysis, data quality assessment and data profiling

Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry is a plus

Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Analyze data quality issues within SAP systems and develop solutions to fix them

· Experience working with finance teams

Key requirements for the role:

· SAP S/4HANA Experience (Essential)

· Experience working with HR teams

· Previous Bio-Tech experience (Desired, Not Essential)

SAP Specialist | Hybrid, New York | $150,000 - $190,000

Experience and knowledge of integration points of SAP CRM System with SAP ECC modules.

Additional responsibilities include writing functional and technical specifications, developing test plans & performing system testing.

Responsible for the solution design, development prototyping, configuration, testing and maintenance of the SAP CRM system.

Responsible for Production support to troubleshoot, investigate, analyze and solve software problems.

Responsible for analyzing the impact changes will have on other internal/external business application systems.

Responsible for developing all documentation related to system changes per NCDOT change control policies and procedures.

Vendor Data Specialist | SAP

1+ years of recent experience using SAP or Oracle ERP software.

Experience within Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Vendor Relations, Purchasing, Operations, or other field using vendor/customer information.

Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge (understanding of Pivot Tables & V-Lookups)

Strong written & oral communication skills

Learn to build data models in SAP DataSphere

Comprehensive knowledge of business analytics, strategy, and tactical business planning and continues developing professional expertise

Experience with Excel, Tableau, and/or other Business Intelligence tools

CRM Salesforce experience is strongly desired. SAP experience is a plus

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills including the ability to review, interpret and present data in a concise manner

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Collects, organizes, and preprocesses various data sources.

Input, update database information as well as run basic risk analysis as directed by Inspection management.

Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a data entry specialist in and industrial environment.

SAP Data Entry Specialist - Must have SAP experience.

Ensure information is accurate and current for compliance with company standards and applicable jurisdictional codes and requirements.

Create reports tracking servicing and inspection requirements.

Must have experience with SAP in order to enter SAP notification and run the queries.
