Sap Concur Specialist Jobs

Korn Ferry Professional Search has partnered with our client on their search for a SAP Concur Specialist. This role offers a hybrid schedule and opportunities for professional development and upward mobility. The ideal candidate would be someone that has back-end Concur experience.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Look for opportunities to improve processes around SAP Concur system
• Perform routine maintenance in travel and expense reporting system ensuring interfaces are working properly
• Facilitate user training for new employees on the system, and assist existing employees with routine system issues
• Monitor and audit expense reports for accuracy and completeness, and follow up on any discrepancies or issue
• Work directly with Concur customer support to resolve system-related issues
• Serve as the main point of contact for Concur-related questions or issues
• Serve as system administrator of the Concur Travel and Expense system, managing communication within the business for effective control and compliance with company policies
• Responsible for SAP Concur, including system deployment, ongoing system maintenance and management of the day-to-day operations

Skills Needed:

• Experience with training end users
• Strong knowledge and understanding of SAP Concur system for travel & expense including system maintenance and issue resolution
• Highly organized approach
• Team player

Educational & Work Requirements:

• Work Experience: 1-3+ years of experience with SAP Concur or equivalent
• Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply chain, or a technical degree is highly preferred
