Experience with cleaning and sanitation of food processing equipment within the food and beverage industry preferred

Consistent Schedule - This position is 2nd Shift, Monday through Friday from 3:00pm to approximately 1:00am.

Consistent Overtime Pay – Average 45-50 hours per week, with overtime after 40 hours.

Earn $22.13/hour after 60 days - $33.20/hour per OT hour

Previous experience working in food manufacturing preferred but not required.

Monday: 10 p.m. - 7 a.m. or finish

Tuesday: 10 p.m. - 7 a.m. or finish

Adhere to chemical handling safety procedures , PPE requirements and GMP procedures

Prior experience performing CIP (Cleaning in Place) and COP (Cleaning out of Place) in the food industry is highly preferred

Prior experience working in the food industry is preferred

Prior experience with chemical safety and GMPs

Basic math skills, including competency with weights and measures

$1,000 paid out in two separate installments

Adherence to Department Dress Code and Sanitation requirements.

This position has the following requirements:

Use of hands/wrist, walking, bending, balancing, twisting reaching,

Lift a minimum of 50+pounds.

Stand up to 10 hours for entire shift.

Will be working in dust noise and varied temperatures (65˚- 85˚).

Must have Sanitation Experience in Food Processing

Third Shift ( Monday through Friday from 10:30pm to 07:00am )

The ability to work in high and confined spaces while following safety procedures.

Be able to work overtime and/or weekends when required.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

Prior experience with pump stations

Knowledge of monitoring chemical feed

Prior experience with well inspections and hydrant testing

Monitor chemical feed and other system components

Maintain daily maintenance log, including records of meter readings, tests, equipment, and chemical use

Operate mixer to produce consistent dough for development of the White Castle bun.

Operate extruder to produce consistent dough pieces for development of the White Castle bun.

Final checker to ensure that there is no excessive flour in pans and that dough balls are properly panned.

Operate packaging machine to bag and box all good quality baked product for palletizing and shipment.

Palletize and operate fork truck to store packaged product for selection and shipment by the shipping department.

Carton stripping to sort through bad corrugated cartons for re-use in the box former.
