The Sanitation Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Sanitation Department. This includes managing the department’s budget, scheduling, and other administrative tasks. The Sanitation Administrative Assistant is also responsible for ensuring the department is compliant with all applicable regulations. The Sanitation Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage the department’s budget and ensure that all expenses are within the approved budget.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and events for the department.
• Prepare and submit reports and other documents as required.
• Maintain records and files for the department.
• Monitor and review departmental policies and procedures.
• Assist with the development and implementation of new policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the department’s staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
