Overview Salesforce Lightning Lead is a role that involves managing and developing customer relationships through the use of Salesforce Lightning, a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform. The Salesforce Lightning Lead is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, as well as providing customer service and support. Detailed Job Description The Salesforce Lightning Lead is responsible for managing and developing customer relationships through the use of Salesforce Lightning. This includes creating and managing customer accounts, providing customer service and support, and developing and maintaining customer relationships. The Salesforce Lightning Lead is also responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and its features
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications
