Salesforce Junior Developer Jobs

Minimum 1-year experience in a health plan or managed care setting preferred.

Some knowledge of any of the following Sales, Service, Marketing, Health, and/or Experience Clouds; FSL, DocuSign and/or DemandTools are a plus

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or other related field or equivalent experience

Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce platform is required.

Previous experience working in an agile environment

Strong understanding of HIPAA and other applicable regulatory requirements.

Troubleshooting system configuration and data management issues.

Analyzing organizational capabilities to suggest process and performance improvement.

One or more years of experience in application development, with a minimum of 6 months of Salesforce development experience.

BA/BS degree OR 4 years of equivalent experience.

Deep knowledge of invokable method development, custom settings, and custom metadata types.

Experience with Git-based version control.

Interest in expanding own knowledge, enthusiastic and keen to take initiative to learn new skills

Desire to meet high standards set by management to provide best quality service to clients and colleagues

Help manage and track the distribution of NDR strategist resources across the different territories

Work with account managers to monitor the service levels for each AMERICA NDR client

Partner with sales and finance for outstanding contracts

Undergraduate degree, ideally in finance or economics

Experience working in Service Cloud with out of box Case Object, Knowledge, email to case, etc.

Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in SFDC that support business requirements.

3+ years of applying Apex coding/development skills in Salesforce environments.

Knowledge and exposure to Salesforce Public Sector Solutions

Experience working in Sales Cloud with out of box Contact Object, Account, Leads, etc

Advanced knowledge of LWCs and Aura components
